Why?

Conflicts cannot be avoided when people with different backgrounds come together, and they shouldn't be. I see conflicts primarily as potential for growth.

However, to tap into the transformative potential of conflicts, it requires willingness, compassion, and a few tools.

I am convinced that a healthy approach to conflicts in everyday (work) life and in our relationships forms the basis for a lived democracy and peace. It is a particular concern of mine to convey this attitude in my work and to make it accessible, experiential, and learnable in various mediation formats.
