Since 2019, I have been accompanying individuals, groups, and teams, seeing myself as an intra and inter connector.

• Intra (Latin "within"): Connecting people with themselves.

• Inter (Latin "between"): Connecting people with topics and other people.

I am a multipassionate change maker, drawing on diverse experiences and education. As a graduate engineer (B.Eng. Project Engineering), I benefit from content and approaches shaped by efficiency and effectiveness, pragmatism, and structure. In the working world of project management and engineering, I had the opportunity to apply and deepen these principles. Several long stays abroad, especially in South America, sparked my curiosity in inter- and transcultural topics, eventually leading me to communication and understanding issues in general. I began to link these two sides and found my passion in the role of process facilitator, trainer, mediator, as well as project and team leader.

Here, I get to live and work according to my personal values: (Self-) compassion, acceptance, joy, pragmatism & curiosity.
